altodentaliq.com is operated by JCMD Solutions LLC, the maker of Alto Dental, based in Spring Hill, Tennessee. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean JCMD Solutions LLC.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this marketing website, altodentaliq.com. It does not cover the Alto Dental application at app.altodentaliq.com. Practice and patient information that Alto processes for a dental practice is governed by that practice’s service agreement and the business associate agreement we sign with the practice, not by this policy. Our HIPAA page explains that relationship.

What we collect

Demo requests. When you send the form on our contact page, we collect your name, practice name, email address, phone number (if you give it), and your message.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting and form providers receive your IP address, browser type, and the time of each request so they can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Spam protection. To stop spam and duplicate sends, the form service keeps short-lived, scrambled (hashed) records made from your IP address and from your email address and message. These records cannot be read back as the original information and are deleted automatically.

Please do not send patient information

This website is not built to receive patient information. Do not include patient names, health information, passwords, or other credentials in the form or in email to us.

How we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a demo, and send you a quote.
To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing or advertising. This site has no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.

Service providers

We use these providers to run the site and handle your request:

Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
Amazon Web Services (AWS), which receives and processes form submissions in the United States.
Resend, which delivers form submissions to us by email.
Google Workspace, our company email.

They handle this information to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

The site and the form use HTTPS, which encrypts information in transit. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is for dental practices and their teams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
